Steps 1-5 of a 15-Step Protocol: Master the essential steps for effective CST sessions.
12 Cranial Nerves: Learn the basic anatomy, function, and importance of the cranial nerves and how they relate to CST.
Fascial Release Techniques: Understand and apply methods to release tension and restore balance.
The Art of Entrainment: Learn how to gently influence and guide your client’s nervous system to create a calm, relaxing environment that supports a shift into the parasympathetic state.
Finding the CranioSacral Rhythm (CSR): Develop the skill to sense and regulate the CranioSacral Rhythm, helping your client reach stillpoint—a place of deep calm where the body’s natural healing can unfold.

Location: San Diego, CA (Address shared with registered participants)
What to Bring: A massage table and linens (if available). All other materials will be provided.
Lunch Break: There will be a 1-hour break for lunch. Bring something to eat from home or order food from a nearby restaurant for delivery. Feel free to bring a snack and water to stay hydrated and energized throughout the day.
